After much thought and head scratching one phrase came to mind the house had "good bones". The challenge was to remove all the stuff that was covering up those bones. Walls were removed, finishes were refined and critical spaces that were under scaled were enlarged. Only years of building exceptional residences and the experience that comes of those years would have allowed the team to be even aware of those bones. Now those good bones are dressed up and the homes is revealed in spectacular fashion.
