King’s Court
Washington, D.C.
The old garages of this alley project were hauled away and in their place shine four residences of exceptional beauty. Washington D.C. is a city of brick and so the award-winning design team at Monarch used brick in a new and exciting way. Subtle tone on tone finish elements were incorporated as a contrast to the high contrast architectural finishes typically used in the city. Mature trees, evergreen landscaping, and terraces were designed to allow residents to enjoy a private oasis while escaping the city hardscape. The result are stunning ... inside and out.
