Combining and expanding two town homes into seven urban residences, the MONARCH team used their extensive expertise to create homes of exceptional quality and vision, the project has been honored by it’s peers as a Best in American Living award-winner in 2022. Incorporating existing-volume spaces from the late 1800's, the ceilings soar with massive windows letting in wonderful light, and a new rooftop two-story penthouse now caps this bay-windowed masterpiece. The Session honors the historic architecture of The Hill and then contemporizes those same elements into homes that are timeless, like the grand structures of The Congress down the street. Some things in Congress never change but this Session changes everything.
